The formation market was built for volume. We built Bloom365 for people.

What we saw

Two kinds of players. One missing piece.

When we looked across the Atlantic at the US company formation market, we saw the same thing we'd seen in the UK ten years before — only bigger, louder, and more automated. Volume-driven platforms racing to process as many registrations as possible, as fast as possible, at the lowest possible price. And VC-funded services optimized for growth metrics, not for the founders using them.

Both file the form. Both issue the certificate. Both move on to the next one.

They scaled up.  We stayed human.

I spent twelve years as an employee — across multinational companies, in comfortable roles, with a regular salary — before making the decision to step out and build something of my own. No safety net. No guarantee it would work. Just the conviction that if I gave it everything, something would take shape.

It did. And I haven't looked back since.

Along the way, I co-founded the Integra group of companies and helped build it from the ground up. I was part of the founding team that built Mint Formations in the UK — which has now helped incorporate more than 40,000 new businesses. And now I'm here, leading Bloom365, because I believe American founders — and the international founders who want to access the US market — deserve what UK founders got from Mint. Real people.
